Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any of the services and programs offered by Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC. By accessing our services and/or programs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Training Programs

1. Programs Overview: We offer different training programs (online and live) aimed at enhancing personal and professional development. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Policy:

• Clients who have accessed any part of a training program they have purchased, will not be eligible for a refund.
• Clients who have never logged into their Quantum Leaders Coaching portal account, and accessed any part of an online training they purchased, will be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.  Upon reception of such refund request, online access will be immediately revoked.  Refund will be processed within 4 weeks after eligibility of a refund has been verified.

   

3. Enrollment and Access:

• Upon successful enrollment, you will receive login credentials to access the online training materials for the program(s) you have purchased.
• Access to any Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC program is granted solely for the individual enrolled and is not transferable to others.

   

4. Intellectual Property:

• All program content, including but not limited to videos, audios, text, images, and materials, are the intellectual property of Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC.
• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use any purchased program content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

   

5. Prohibited Activities:

• Clients are prohibited from sharing, reproducing, distributing, or selling any program content without prior written consent from Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC.
• Any unauthorized use of program content may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Disclaimer:

• Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC provides programs for educational and informational purposes only. The programs do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
• Clients should consult with appropriate professionals before making any decisions or taking actions based on the information provided in the program.

   

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the programs or their content.

   

8. Termination:

• Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our programs at its sole discretion, without notice, if a client violates these terms and conditions.

   

9. Modifications:

• Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any such changes.

   

10. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Individual Coaching Programs

Each private coaching engagement will be entered into after signing and accepting the specific terms of the contract.  Please refer to them before enrolling into any of our coaching programs.

Affiliate Program

You may opt to become affiliated with Quantum Leaders Coaching, LLC by enrolling in our Affiliate Program.  We run separate affiliate campaigns for each training program we offer.   Please refer to each program to see what the actual commissions are.  There are no affiliate campaigns on our individual coaching programs.  Affiliate commissions are paid on the 30th day of a given month for the previous month.
